Step Sequencer
Step Sequencer
Step Sequencer
Description
This project is a virtual step sequencer designed on Unreal Engine 5, emulating the operation of a drum machine or MIDI controller. The 3D interface allows the player to compose musical sequences over 16 beats by activating keys to play the associated sound.
Each beat is customizable, allowing for the modification of pitch, temporal offset, and the number of repetitions of each sound. Users can experiment with different rhythms and melodies to easily create unique musical compositions. The step sequencer can also be used as an OSC controller networked to music composition software such as Ableton.
